Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within thirty days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
Underwear is not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for either a refund or an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your financial institution.
